So sorry to hear you’re poorly, Christy. Take very good care of yourself now, rest with your family ….. there will be more gigs and we’ll still be there for you when you feel better :). Our city is sad this morning, but human kindness will see us all through, jan xx
Christy, I have 2 French speaking Congolese Chefs dancing to “Live at the Point” while they work onboard here in the galley (no kidding). Having great difficulty in explaining the “Casey” song with my broken French. In the meantime, I don’t think there’s anyone who doesn’t understand your plight. There’s a lot of it about. Both my parents have been struck down by a similar bug but thankfully they’re on the mend too. I’ll be back to catch you in Youghal in a few months. In the meantime stay safe, get well and enjoy Christmas.
Sorry to hear you have been feeling poorly, hope this finds you feeling much better, seasonal greetings to you and all the family, and thanks for all during the year. From all in The Furze.
Starve a fever… Feed a cold…my Mum says a potion of raw garlic, curry powder and mustard oil ingested and/or rubbed into the head will do the trick. All of us wish you hale and heart. Xx
I wish you a very speedy recovery, and echo all the fine sentiments here to you. We will hear the songs when the time is right, and when you’re good ‘n ready. Thank you all for a great year of gigs, and for all you do, and I wish you and all the crew and all around you, a very happy Christmas…how I love ya baby….
